Arabica coffee dominates both in Brazil and globally, representing about 70% of the total production. The remaining 30% is made up of Robusta coffee. In Minas Gerais, the country's primary coffee region, Arabica is cultivated almost exclusively. Robusta, on the other hand, is predominantly grown in Espírito Santo, which accounts for approximately 80% of the national production of this type of coffee.
