Glutinous rice flour or sticky rice flour is a Gluten Free product. It is produced from selected quality glutinous rice which can be found in a specific area of Thailand. Glutinous rice flour is widely used for Chinese foods and Japanese dessert for example; Dim Sum or Dumpling Wrapper, Mochi. As result of high proportion of waxy starch molecules, glutinous rice flour is suitable for frozen baked food. It can also be used as a thickening agent in sauces, gravies and puddings.
