Landana Grande Rosso is a washed-rind cheese made with Brevibacterium linens, better known as red cultures. Thanks to the size of this 10 kg cheese wheel, the bacteria can develop extra intensively, giving the cheese its distinctive profile and pleasantly spicy, creamy flavor. A true speciality for lovers of bold, characterful cheeses. Vegetarian rennet is used. Ripened for 20 weeks.
