1/ Remove the product from the refrigerator
2/ Cut it into pieces
3/ Let it soften
4/ Simply whip the product for 6 minutes at maximum speed with an electric mixer
5/ Ready-to-use cream !
The Result:
A smooth preparation made from whipped vegetable fats, sugar syrup, with a buttery vanilla flavor.
It is rich, creamy and delicious, perfectly suited for pastry applications: decoration, filling, and topping of celebration cakes such as birthday and wedding cakes, as well as cupcakes. It can be easily colored and flavored.
The preparation can also be mixed with other flavors, such as nut pastes (pistachio, hazelnut, almond, peanut…), citrus zest (lemon, orange…), or fruit purées (raspberry, strawberry…).
