Robotic Dairy Farm Project (2,500 Holstein Cows)
ERIDON is launching a next-generation robotic dairy farm project designed for 2,500 Holstein cows, building on more than a decade of experience in modern dairy farming. The Group pioneered the use of Lely robotic milking systems in Ukraine in 2015 and has since expanded its dairy operations to four farms with a total herd of 2,500 cows and a strong professional team.
The new dairy complex will be a fully integrated and highly automated facility, focused on efficiency, productivity, and animal welfare. The project includes four cow barns, three heifer barns, slurry lagoons, silage trenches, and modern infrastructure equipped with 50 Lely milking robots. Average milk yield is projected at 45 kg per cow per day, resulting in 41 million kg of milk annually.
The total project investment is $32 million, covering construction, equipment, and livestock. Financial projections indicate strong performance, including annual gross revenue of $20.5 million, EBITDA of $7.9 million, ROI of 123%, NPV of $5.4 million, and a payback period of approximately 4.1 years. Operating expenses are optimized through automation, efficient feed management, and modern energy and water systems.
The project is designed to serve as a benchmark for modern dairy farming in Ukraine and Europe, combining advanced technology, sustainability, and scalable production.
What we are looking for:ERIDON is seeking strategic partners and investors to participate in the development and financing of this dairy project. We are open to cooperation with financial institutions, strategic investors, technology partners, and off-takers interested in long-term milk supply agreements. Our goal is to establish a transparent, profitable, and future-oriented partnership in large-scale dairy production.
