Our fresh Black Winter Truffles are jarred as soon as they have been hunted and graded, to preserve and capture the aromatic earthy notes on their journey from Western Australia. Part of the truffle flavour is in the truffle juice you can find in each jar – use a few drops on the dishes you want to serve with truffles.  Preserved truffles represent an amazing opportunity to prepare dishes with truffles outside of fresh truffle season.
