Nextbio developed "super drop process" and its production system which is highly concentrated cold brew extraction process, using pure cold water (under 18ºC) at atmospheric pressure. Through this process, we can extract up to 24 brix of coffee and make 100% pure cold brew coffee powder. We use multi-stage spray drying method to make coffee powder and through agglomeration process, it shows amazing solubility even in cold water. Although it is instant coffee, you can enjoy rich flavor like you enjoy at a caffee shop.
