With a Brix level of 9–10 (single strength: 11° Brix), it provides a balanced flavor and texture suited for premium food and beverage formulations. Packaged in aseptic steel drums (200–220 kg per drum), it offers a 24-month shelf life when stored at +5°C, ensuring both safety and consistent quality for industrial use.
