MAFI’s Strawberry Purée is made from carefully selected ripe strawberries and processed to preserve their natural sweetness, fresh aroma, and vibrant red color. It features a smooth, consistent texture ideal for cocktails, smoothies, sauces, toppings, desserts, and frozen treats. The purée has a Brix level of 6.3–10 at 20°C, delivering a balanced flavor and texture suitable for premium food and beverage formulations. The product is aseptically filled in steel drums with a net weight of 190 kg per drum and offers a 24-month shelf life when stored at -18°C, ensuring safety, stability, and consistent quality for industrial use.
