Raisin is a Dried Grape that the harvest starts at the end of September. Raisins are esteemed for their rare food value and are rich in carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. And they can be used in almost everybody’s food diet. Besides, raisins are rich in pre-biotic which can protect from cancers and chronic diseases. Raisins are produced in many countries including IRAN. IRAN is a third largest producer and exporter of Raisins in the world. Variety of seedless raisins in Iran and the natural taste of them introduce IRAN seedless raisins as a top quality and strategic product in the world.  All types of raisins are being double washed, laser sorted and passed the X-RAY machine and metal detected in accordance with international standards to reach to RTU quality. Produces based on ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, Kosher & HALAL approved plant utilizing advance sorting technology. The product in process is from seedless grapes of the Vitis Vinifera variety. Sultana raisins are light to dark brown in color.  Sultanas can be bleached with standard level sulfur in order to gain a light brown color known as Malayer Raisins. This variety also can be dried under sunshine to reach dark brown color to be another kind of Raisins known as Sundried or Thompson Raisins. After being double washed, sultanas raisins are dried, stemmed and coated with vegetable oil, mechanically cleaned, laser sorted and after passing X-RAY machine being  hand sorted, metal detected under extreme care of hygienic conditions with legal and safety requirements.
