Tapioca Starch
Made from 100% tapioca starch and is non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, and free from preservatives and added color. It delivers consistent quality with a stable, clear gel and a soft, chewy texture. Modified tapioca starch options are available (E1414, E1420, E1422, E1442). Suitable for gluten-free bakery, soups, sauces, and gravies, it also works well as a thickening agent, crispy coating, and in noodles, processed foods, and adhesives. The ingredient is pure tapioca starch, may contain sulphites, has a shelf life of 24 months, and is available in pack sizes of 500 g, 1 kg, 25 kg, and 30 kg.
