White kernels grade WW160
- WW160 Cashews: A premium grade, often called large-size white wholes which meets the 'White' color standard. - Nutrition: They are a source of protein and essential minerals, including: copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. They contain 0% cholesterol, making them good for heart health. - Characteristics: One of the largest whole kernel sizes. The kernel size is very uniform; they are large, round, and plump, with only 150-160 kernels per pound (454g). The kernels have a bright, uniform color, ranging from white, light ivory, to light yellow. When eaten, due to their large size, they provide a crunchy, "mouth-filling" sensation and a very rich, buttery flavor. - Applications: Due to their large size, beautiful appearance, and high cost, WW160 is considered a "luxury" grade. They are mainly used as premium gifts or as dry/roasted ready-to-eat cashews (especially roasted salted) to showcase the kernel size.
