Alex brings 20 years of global leadership experience building and scaling businesses in food technology, agribusiness, and startups. His career spans the full value chain from early-stage venture creation to leading growth in high-performing teams and multinational environments. As a Board Member, co-founder, and executive, Alex focuses on turning early and growth stage ideas into scalable, commercially successful outcomes. Honoured as a UoA 40 Under 40, Rotary Ambassador, and AGMARDT Leadership Scholar. Alex holds an MBA jointly from Tsinghua and MIT, complemented by executive programmes with IMAGINE Oxford and THNK Amsterdam.
