Anthea Ayache is a journalist, broadcaster and sustainability storyteller with almost two decades of international media experience. She is the founding editor of The Ethicalist, the UAE’s first sustainable lifestyle magazine, which she self-published to spotlight conscious travel, conservation, future food systems, and credible changemakers.



Anthea began her career in radio before moving into broadcast journalism in the UK and Middle East, including roles with Virgin Radio and Dubai Eye, where she was a flagship news presenter covering major global events such as the Arab Spring, the Syrian conflict and live breaking news across the region. Her reporting has taken her to some of the world’s most challenging environments, including multiple independent reporting trips to Afghanistan, as well as field investigations into issues including clean water scarcity, wildlife loss, and the humanitarian impact of conflict.



Today, Anthea runs a digital and print platform that bridges sustainability and real-world impact.
