ARIANA BUNDY
Ariana Bundy is a French-trained chef, presenter, author, and owner of Michelin Awarded ‘Ariana’s Persian Kitchen’, located within the ultra-luxurious Atlantis the Royal, in Dubai.
After gaining a BA in Business in London, Ariana received the Grande Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she also trained at Le Nôtre and Fauchon Patisserie. She then became Head Pastry Chef for the Mondrian Hotel in LA where she prepared innovative desserts for famous personalities including Bill Clinton. Ariana continued to hone her skills including catering for parties for MTV, the Oscars, and Vanity Fair, whilst also making TV appearances on Taste on Sky TV, Good Food Live, Euronews and Channel 4 UK.
Ariana launched her first cookbook ‘Sweet Alternative’ (Conran-Octopus) before focusing on re-discovering her childhood cuisine by writing ‘Pomegranates & Roses: my Persian family recipes’, (Simon & Schuster) which won the Gourmand Cookbook Awards, as well as being shortlisted for the Writers Guild Award UK.
Ariana continued to showcase her passion for Persian cuisine through her award winning TV show, “Ariana’s Persian Kitchen”, which premiered on NatGeo People, and has been aired around the world since.
