I have 41 years of international experience covering the culinary food and beverage hospitality industry, regional Horeca food service supply chain logistics, Government Advisory consulting and Investor advisory on commercial acquisition projects. Along with Director of distribution businesses here in Dubai. Starting my career in my native country of UK, International postings have taken me to USA, Kenya, Oman, Philippines, India, Kuwait, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates where I reside now along with short term assignments in Austria, Singapore and Thailand over the years. Additionally, having used my personal time to be very well travelled to many neighboring countries around the world.
While in the hospitality business for 23 years developing through the Kitchen and F&B path within a corporate environment I was directly involved in several hotel openings, renovations projects, set up of meat processing production unit, task force assignments and many food and beverage layout and design projects. Additional 15 years’ experience in food distribution including for the past 5 years in partnership a SME food distribution company. The government advisory services focus on introduction, coaching and developing food and beverage companies within the wider Middle East market. Along with several market research projects looking into the Middle East potential. Overall experience has been drawn upon by investors during diligence stages of potential acquisitions.
