Erich Sieber is the Founding General Partner of PeakBridge, a global expert venture and growth fund manager focused on Nutrition with $250 million in assets under management. PeakBridge has a portfolio of some 35 companies worldwide across various sectors, including specialty ingredients, digitization, and nutrition.
Before founding PeakBridge in 2018, Erich served as a Partner at Nestlé’s €750 million fund-of-one investing in Nutrition & Health since it’s inception in 2001, after executive positions at Nestlé, the World Economic Forum and the German Finance Ministry.
Erich holds an MBA (Uni StGallen & ESCP) and LL.M. (Uni Geneva) and is a certified director (INSEAD). His extensive background includes expertise in finance, strategic investment, and the NutriTech industry.
