The supper club she launched in 2019 quickly gained a loyal following, paving the way for the restaurant’s debut and positioning her as one of the region’s most distinctive voices in F&B. Since its launch, Girl & the Goose has made a notable mark in Dubai’s ever-evolving dining scene by putting Central American cuisine on the map.
