With over 16 years’ experience in culinary industry. Chef Giovanni Papi started his career as Commis 1 when he was 16 years old. He has left his mark at various establishments in countries such as France, Luxembourg, Australia, China and now the UAE.

For almost 7 years, he worked at Armani Hotel Dubai at Armani/Ristorante, rising from Sous Chef - Speciality to Speciality Head Chef. During his leadership, the restaurant garnered multiple awards and recognition.

At Beluga restaurant & lounge, his focus is on Italian modern cuisine paired with the finest caviar selection.
