He previously served as Group CEO of Classic Fine Foods, based in Hong Kong and Dubai, where he was responsible for operations across 13 countries, and as CEO within METRO AG.

In these roles, he advanced scalable food distribution and e-commerce platforms, strengthened supply chain and sourcing capabilities, and led digital transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Jens has successfully scaled businesses in both developed and emerging markets, delivering international expansion, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
