Jitin Joshi
With a career spanning over 27 years and cemented in some of the world’s most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, Chef Jitin Joshi's journey is one of relentless discipline. He has worked as Head Pastry Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze, under Jason Atherton. He has also lead the line at Benares (Mayfair) to its Michelin star in 2007, and later served as Executive Chef at the iconic Gymkhana London (2 Michelin Stars), where he helped define the global standard for Indian fine dining.
Chef Jitin went on to launch At.mosphere at the Burj Khalifa and Amal at the Armani Hotel, proving his ability to operate at the pinnacle of luxury. He is now curating a progressive fire-first grill that challenges the definition of modern Indian dining, at The Opus by Omniyat.
