Growing up in Mexico City, where he observed his grandmother, mother and aunts cook, Chef Jonathan Colin found his love for a kitchen from a young age. He has helped open Zuma Abu Dhabi in 2014, a turning point that brought him to the UAE for the first time. This defining moment opened a world of opportunities, including seven transformative years with LPM Dubai, London and Hong Kong.

These chapters played a big role in his evolution as a chef, eventually leading him to create K’IIN Supperclub, an intimate, candle-lit Mexican dining experience, and El Primo, a neighbourhood taquería celebrating the vibrant street food culture.
