China-born and shaped by more than a decade in Dubai, Chef Keren’s story is rooted in the simple joy of sharing food with the people she loves. What began as a childhood connection to flavour grew into a true calling in Dubai, where baking and pastry—became her way of expressing creativity and care. Choosing culinary school over a traditional path, she followed her passion with heart and intention.
After almost a decade in the UAE culinary - from starting as a trainee at Baker & Spice to Executive Chef at Pekoe - her journey reflects her belief in simplicity, quality, and constant growth. Her work has since been celebrated by Visit Dubai, Gault&Millau, CN Traveller ME, Time Out.
