Kevin Vaz
Kevin Vaz is a hospitality entrepreneur and experience curator working at the intersection of food, culture, and community. He is the co-founder of splidu, a platform dedicated to spotlighting supper clubs, underground dining, and chef-led experiences that move beyond traditional restaurant formats.
Alongside splidu, Kevin is the founder of Carvin Concepts, an F&B advisory and concept studio focused on experience-driven dining formats, pop-ups, and brand collaborations. His work spans immersive tasting journeys, chef residencies, and unconventional dining formats that challenge how hospitality is traditionally designed, marketed, and consumed.
Kevin also brings hands-on operational experience as a co-owner of 2 watering holes in Scotland, The Eagle Inn and The Bear & Bull, grounding his creative work in the realities of running physical hospitality businesses, from people and operations to a strong view on sustainability and long-term relevance.
