With an impressive career in the hospitality industry under his belt, from standalone venues to luxury hotels, Nick Comaty first joined SLS Dubai as the F&B Director but has since gone onto becoming the Vice President of F&B Operations of Ennismore, looking after the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
Starting his career in Montreal, Canada, he went on to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Glion Institute of Higher Education in 2013. Nick very quickly began a dynamic international career in hospitality working at some of the most well-known hotels and restaurants around the world. Starting at SLS Miami in 2014, he then moved to the iconic Gramercy Park Hotel in New York as Head of F&B before leaving for greener pastures in Dubai.
After his move to Dubai in 2016, Comaty joined hotels such as the Four Seasons DIFC and Media One Hotel before joining the iconic Beirut import Sky 2.0 as the Director of Operations where he overlooked and built the now Dubai staple from pre to post opening. Nick looked after everything from operations, staffing, training, to the well-regarded Stars Program targeting Dubai’s glitterati
