Raghav Agrawal is a seasoned marketing, sales, and C-suite leader with over two decades of transformative experience driving growth in the beauty, personal care, and consumer goods industries. As the Chief Executive Officer of Dabur International Ltd since 2022, he leads strategic initiatives to expand the company’s global footprint, with a particular focus on emerging markets such as the Middle East. Passionate about authentic leadership and purpose-driven brands, Raghav turns consumer insights into innovative strategies, fostering agility and competitive growth while inspiring high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results. Raghav brings a wealth of diverse experience across developed and emerging markets, having held pivotal roles with global and regional remits. Most recently, as the Global Category Leader and EVP/CMO at PZ Cussons plc since 2018, he spearheaded a new strategy and digital transformation for personal care and home care, driving market expansion and innovation. Prior to that, as CEO of Emami Ltd from 2015 to 2017, he achieved high-teens growth in FMCG sales and distribution across international geographies, including the UAE and India. His 20-year tenure at Unilever was marked by significant achievements, including leading the rejuvenation of the global Skin Category—a $6 billion portfolio—as Global Category Director, scaling Dove to over $5 billion and Lifebuoy to over $1 billion, and managing brands like Lux, Pond’s, Vaseline, Axe, and Zwitsal. He also orchestrated Unilever’s turnaround of its large European Skin Category (over €800 million) and Global Baby Portfolio, as well as delivering double-digit growth as the Personal Care Leader for the Middle East, Russia, North Africa, and Turkey, managing a €450 million portfolio.

Raghav’s leadership extends beyond commercial success to building purpose-driven brands that resonate with global audiences, particularly younger demographics like Middle Eastern Gen Z. His expertise in brand development, innovation, and digital strategies positions him as a key thought leader in the beauty and personal care sector, where he continues to address challenges such as texture preferences in hair care products, as seen in Dabur’s recent consumer research. Based in London, he collaborates with global industry leaders to drive transformation, drawing on his extensive experience managing cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, R&D, and consumer insights.
