Randolph Breschini is a global executive with 40 years of experience in food production and agribusiness. He has worked for Basic American Foods in Strategy and Supply Chain roles based in California; for Dole Food Company in operations and general management roles based in San Francisco, Hawaii, the Philippines, and South Asia; for ConAgra as Plant General Manager for the largest tomato processing facility in the world in California; for Fresh Del Monte as VP & GM Asia-Pacific based in Hong Kong; for Green Giant Fresh as CEO based in California; for Newlyweds Foods as Group Managing Director Asia-Pacific based in Bangkok; and for Rift Valley Corporation as Group CEO based in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has developed, sought approval, and implemented greenfield and capital projects approximating $135m.

For the past 8 years he has been a Sr. Consultant & Advisor for REB International, including acquiring a $850m global produce company; understanding the commercial elements of the Asian fresh/processed foods industries; establishing a potential banana project in Somalia; setting-up a commodity/produce organizational structure; acquiring an ongoing Asia banana business; understanding sourcing, distribution, and profitability decision-making process in global produce companies; and guiding a fresh-cut produce and export business in Hawai’i.
