Robin Höfer honed his craft through Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, which eventually led him to Ossiano in Dubai. Following his recent stints at No. 1 World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2024, Disfrutar, in Barcelona and three-Michelin-starred Core by Clare Smyth in London, Höfer transformed his home into a private Chef’s Table, presenting a 13-course menu inspired by his career, childhood memories, and travels.

He was shortlisted as Gault&Millau UAE’s Future Great of the Year 2025. As Executive Chef at Kraken, he leads the kitchen with a sustainability-driven ethos, celebrating the best of what’s caught and grown locally.
