With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Russell Impiazzi has been involved in launching popular venues such as Medzo, Vintage, and Seville's in Dubai, has been part of the pre-opening team at Atlantis Bahamas Resort, and has helped establish the renowned Parisian brand Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.
At one point, he was one of Dubai's youngest Executive Chefs at only 28. Today, Russell oversees the culinary operations of five dining outlets, 10 banqueting facilities, and leads a team of 80 chefs at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk.
