Shri Abhishek Dev is an Indian Administrative Officer of 2007 batch. He belongs to the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territory-J&K and Ladakh (AGMUT) cadre of the service and has had wide experience by serving in various parts of the country like Chandigarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Delhi and Andaman & Nicobar Islands in various capacities ranging from District Administration, Transport, Civil Aviation, Urban Development, Public Works Department, Taxation etc.
He has been serving in the Government of India since February 2021 in the Department of Commerce where he has worked on various subjects like Rules of Origin, Staff Officer to Commerce Secretary and Trade in Services in FTA/CECA negotiations with European Union and Australia. He joined APEDA as Chairman on 20th July, 2023.
