Sunjeh Raja is the force behind International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA Dubai), a globally renowned, multi-award-winning culinary training institution that has been shaping the future of professional culinary education since its inception in 2005. With an unwavering passion for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), he firmly believes that the world is rapidly advancing toward this specialized system of education— one that prioritizes applied knowledge and skill development for excellence in execution. Since establishing ICCA Dubai, he has been relentlessly redefining TVET in Culinary Arts—making it application-focused, outcome-driven, and aligned with the ever-evolving demands of the global industry.

Beyond education, he is deeply committed to Giving Back. In 2015, he founded the ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Program, an unprecedented One Million Dirhams Annual Continuing Education Award for UAE Young Industry Chefs.
