Recognized as one of the world's most disciplined talents, Chef Tristin Farmer's career is defined by pedigree and precision. He has hold three Michelin stars, a distinction he achieved as Executive Chef at Restaurant Zén in Singapore. He has worked as Senior Sous Chef at the three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Maze. 

In 2014, Farmer joined Jason Atherton’s The Social Company, launching Marina Social in Dubai where he was named Middle East Chef of the Year (2016, 2017). Now leading the Culinary Arts Group’s debut in the Middle East, Chef Tristin brings his "ingredients-first" philosophy to Maison Dali.
