With over 24 years of international experience, Viktoryia has designed and engineered bespoke Japanese beverage strategies for international airlines, as well as tailor-made food and beverage programs for Michelin-starred restaurants and leading hospitality groups, seamlessly bridging Japanese tradition with contemporary gastronomy. She holds a distinction unmatched globally as the only educator officially certified in both Japanese sake qualifications through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and the Global Japanese Tea qualification.

Viktoryia is the official UAE representative of the Global Japanese Tea Association (Kyoto, Japan), a recognized Japanese Tea Catalyst in the UAE, and a member of the Nihonshu Awards judging panel, contributing to the advancement of international standards of excellence.
