Younjae (Johnny) Jung is a culinary strategist and food trade specialist with an end-to-end perspective on the global F&B value chain. His career spans high-end gastronomy and international trade, providing a unique lens on both culinary innovation and operational logistics. Previously, he led culinary operations in Salzburg, Austria, specializing in cross-cultural menu engineering and the localization of Korean gastronomic heritage for the European market.

Currently, he spearheads international business development for a dedicated Korean food exporter, overseeing strategic operations across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia.
