Dried milk powder, also known as powdered milk or milk powder, is a dairy product that has been dehydrated to remove its moisture content. This results in a shelf-stable and easily transportable powder that can be reconstituted with water to produce liquid milk. Dried milk powder retains many of the nutritional elements of fresh milk, including proteins, vitamins (such as A and D), and minerals (such as calcium). The fat content in whole milk powder provides a source of energy.
