Top Paddock Lamb
At Top Paddock we believe that the lambs should be allowed to graze freely on the rich native grasslands and pastures of our region. These are perfect conditions for growing world class lambs. This results in a naturally lean and tender meat free of antibiotics and with no added hormones or chemical additives.
Top Paddock Lamb has been developed by MT Food Group to cater to the food service market with particular care taken to ensure continuity of supply, excellent eating quality and consistent specification of cutting lines.
All lambs are second cross British and European breed lambs prized for their superb eating quality. Lambs are processed between 8 and 12 months, yielding carcase sizes that are graded to fit the Top Paddock criteria.
From paddock to plate, every stage of the Top Paddock Lamb supply chain has been carefully managed to ensure a premium eating experience for diners.
