Balsamic Pearls
The pearls are obtained by spherification (using a gelling agent - sodium alginate -) of our dark and white balsamic condiments which are then turned into small spheres with liquid heart, similar to caviar but 100% vegetal. The “caviar” appearance and the pleasant texture, along with the delicate sweet-and-sour taste, make them perfect to decorate any kind of dish, from finger food, sushi, salads, pizza to desserts, cheesecakes, ice-creams and even mocktails & drinks.
