Cold brew coffee extract (over 20 bx)
Nextbio developed "super drop process" and its production system which is highly concentrated cold brew extraction process, using pure cold water (under 18ºC) at atmospheric pressure. Through this process, we can extract until 24 brix of coffee and 8 brix of tea & herb without any additional process within a single drip in 90 min. In case of coffee, this is almost 3 times thicker than espresso.
Unlike other cold brew extraction methods, coffee and tea extracts through our self-developed core technology; super drop process retain the taste and aroma. You can feel the rich flavor until the very end.
