Senatore Cappelli variety wheat, milled in our mill. It is made with 100% Italian raw materials, including fresh eggs from free-range hens, and features a rough sheet of pasta capable of retain-
ing and enhancing any sauce. Its drying allows all the nutritional
characteristics of the semolina to remain intact and give it its dis-
tinctive porosity.
