Currently, and coinciding with the anniversary of our 100 years of history, the company inaugurates its new facilities with more than 30,000 m2 that will become the largest and most modern spice factory in Spain, and one of the most important in Europe. The vocation of being a pioneer and innovative company led Carmencita to the development of a mixture of spices to seasoning paellas which eventually gave rise to our famous Paellero, a veritable symbol in Spain and numerous countries around the world..
