Wood brings an inimitable energy and flavor and necessarily involves a craft work. This cooking method has been custom developed by Jean Hervé. The fruit is then ground at low temperature using stone wheels. Grinding preserves the aromas and nutritional benefits of dried fruits. Our texture is long in the mouth, slightly grainy, so particular of Jean Hervé products.
