Oman Refreshment Company (ORC) is one of the pioneers of Omani manufacturing sector, established in 1974 by
prominent businessmen of Oman. The Company owns franchise rights for PepsiCo range of beverages for the
Sultanate of Oman.
The Company’s beverages range includes Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Mirinda, 7 Up, Shani, Evervess Soda, Aquafina Water, Gatorade, Lipton iced tea, besides its own juice brand under the name “Topfruit” and
licensed Balade Milk products. Further the Company also has distributorship rights for PepsiCo snacks, Quaker range of products, Nestle ice and Mondelez ice creams, Lavazza Coffees, Tchaba teas ……
In September 2021, ORC has acquired 100% of the capital of Atlas bottling corporation (ABC), the PepsiCo beverages
franchisee for Algeria market. ABC, founded in 1998 by the prominent Mehri family, is among the top 3 CSD players in
the country.
