Palombini is a brand of the Daroma group, a company that focuses on the quality and tradition of its products. The main feature of our company is the complete automation of the production systems that allow us to treat the raw product differently from many other Italian companies.
In fact, we roast the coffee individually to allow every single variety of coffee we use to reach a more correct roasting point, unlike mixing the raw product first and roasting it all together.
