It is prepared by dry salting, without preservatives and without the use of injections for weight gain. We use handmade in the salting process, in the dry marinade, to ensure quality. 100% natural products, cold smoked over selected beech wood. We do not use artificial smoke. Smoking this type of product takes a long time. The smoking process takes up to 8 hours. We do not use an instant smoker. The products are perfectly ready to be served. The products will be packaged in thermoforming Skin films in an attractive cardboard box.
