Solana has been designed in order to optimize the hygiene and the process control system. The advanced technologies and the layout of the production lines together with higher standards of processed raw materials, make it possible to achieve the best quality to satisfy the most demanding markets. SOLANA S.p.A. is high tech factory with a processing capacity of about 3.500 tons per day. A full range of tomato derivatives is obtained by means of the 8 production lines: diced tomatoes, crushed, passata, pizza sauce, pizza topping and tomato paste.
