Sudrablinis currently produces all types of wild Pacific salmon caviar, trout, lumpfish, capelin caviar and sturgeon caviar, sushi caviar Masago and Tobiko. The product range also includes artificial caviar, as well as cheese cream with caviar, cold smoked and lightly salted fish fillets . The company has recently taken a significant step forward and in 2021 created a new brand called EXPRESS GOURMET to offer its customers a new restaurant-class product category – ready to eat meals, fresh and delicious products for everyone, created according to special chef recipes. Sudrablinis also actively exports its products abroad.
