WAMMCO International/Southern Meats Ltd is a Farmer Owned Co-Operative with two A+ facilities in Australia. WAMMCO's facility is in Katanning Western Australia and Southern Meats is in Goulburn NSW. Over 2 million Lamb and Mutton are processed annually with all product being Halal processed. The core business specialises in the production and sale of premium quality chilled and frozen "value added" lamb products, but also is a significant producer of mutton carcass, 6 way and cuts. In addition a full range of offal, skins and by products are produced. Quality meat products are supplied into all markets including retail, food service/HRI and further manufacturing segments to over 40 countries including GCC, North America, EU, China and Malaysia.
