Words that matter from Dubai College of Tourism's top leader
“As we continually strive towards achieving the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai to make Dubai the most liveable city in the world, it is crucial for our industry to deliver exceptional experiences to residents and visitors across the tourism ecosystem. With gastronomy being a key pillar of Dubai’s diverse destination proposition, our participation at global events such as Gulfood 2022, the largest annual F&B sourcing event in the world, will further enhance our student’s personal development through insightful workshops, first-hand experience of the industry and the chance to interact with experienced chefs and other industry thought-leaders. As the College is also dedicated to nurturing the talents of Emirati youth, and as part of our collaboration with Gulfood, we are excited to be offering a scholarship to an aspiring Emirati chef during this event while our faculty will have the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise with participants, as well as reach a wider audience to promote our world-class culinary arts programme.”
