Alena Tikhova
Alena Tikhova is the Chief Executive Officer at multinational food service company Dodo Brands. In this role, Alena leads the strategic development and global expansion of the group's tech-powered QSR brands Dodo Pizza and digital coffee shop Drinkit. Dodo Brands owns and franchises 1030+ restaurants across 18 countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa with $1B system sales in 2023.
With over ten years of experience running technology-driven companies and building software and hardware products, Alena Tikhova is an expert in scaling innovative food businesses. Prior to becoming Dodo Brands CEO, Alena was a franchisee of Dodo Pizza in the US and Vice President of sales at Silicon Valley-based startup XRobotics, where she gained multiple contracts with Fortune 500 companies.
Alena holds an M.A. in Business Administration from London Business School and is currently continuing her executive education with Standford's Innovative Management program.
