Chef Alfredo Albergatore, hailing from Naples, Italy, and rooted in Tuscan traditions, developed a profound appreciation for fresh ingredients during his upbringing in Florence. Blending his love for nature with culinary artistry, he embarked on a global journey at 18, venturing through France, Russia, Germany, Ukraine, and eventually arriving at the Raffles Resort in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Chef Alfredo's travels revealed the seafood traditions of southern Italy and honed traditional preservation skills in Tuscany. This ancient practice elevated his culinary skills, emphasizing the importance of high-quality ingredients like olive oil, basil, and garlic. Settling in the UAE, he emerged as a finalist in the prestigious 'Pro Chef of the Year' competition in 2020. Over his 12 years in Dubai, Chef Alfredo held executive chef positions, leaving an indelible mark on the city's Italian gastronomy.
