Motivated by a commitment to innovation, he has influenced kitchens at various Taj properties nationwide, contributing significantly to restaurants in Taj Bangalore, Taj Falaknuma, Taj Mahal Delhi, and Taj Safaris properties. With experience spanning palace hotels, business hotels, resorts, and cruise liners like Holland America, P&O, and Carnival, Chef Ashish has mastered multiple cuisines.

Starting as a baker and patissier, he expanded his expertise to continental and Japanese cuisines at Leela Palace Bangalore. Despite his wealth of knowledge, he remains humble, expressing a continuous desire to learn. Drawing from his exposure to over 57 countries, he crafts inimitable dishes with familiar flavors to delight guests.
